About the role

As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care. This role is pivotal in guiding the nursing team, supporting service development, and maintaining excellence in clinical practice.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will lead service coordination and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Euroa Hospital

The health service includes a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed.
