About the role

Euroa Hospital delivers high-quality public healthcare services across a range of care settings, including 20 acute care beds and 3 Urgent Care Centre beds. Our services encompass Acute Care, Palliative Care, and Ambulatory Care Programs, with ongoing growth and expansion planned to meet the needs of our community.

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly motivated Registered Nurse with strong leadership and management capabilities to join our team as Nurse Unit Manager.

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care. This role is pivotal in guiding the nursing team, supporting service development, and maintaining excellence in clinical practice.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing/Manager and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will lead service coordination and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Euroa Hospital.
