About the role:

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Administration/Customer Service Officer (CSO) and Data assistant to performs a wide range of administrative support tasks to assist in the functioning of an efficient and effective department within Home Nursing Services. The Administration/CSO and Data Assistant is responsible for the provision of reception, process of referrals, data collation, advanced secretarial and administrative support to the Manager of GV Health Home Nursing Service, and other prgrams within Home Nursing Services programs, including the West Hume Regional Consultant Roles, District Nursing Services, Hospital in the Home Program and Regional Continence Team. The staff members goal is to promote and maintain good customer relations with consumers, visitors and other hospital staff. This position amongst others is responsible for promoting GV Health as a quality regional health service provider. This position is until 2027 under the Commonwealth Home Support Program.

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role or similar.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Capacity to interact professionally with staff and consumers and maintain high levels of confidentiality and consumer privacy.
  • The role is multi-faceted and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to organise tasks and environment with minimal supervision and under conditions of competing demands.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to be flexible within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to be courteous and demonstrate respectful behaviour in all interpersonal interactions.
  • Satisfactory NDIS clearance prior to commencement.
