About the role:

GV Health Aged Psychaitric Assessment and Treatment team (APATT) delivers recovery-orientated person centred mental healthcare for older adults living in the community. Our community based team works collaboratively with individuals, their families/carers and their broader support networks to ensure care is inclusive and responsive to each person's needs. We provide ongoing reviews of treatment and recovery plans to support wellbeing and promote sustained recovery

About you:

• Registered with AHPRA
• Strong passion for working with older adults experiencing mental illness
• Demonstrated strong skills in providing collaborative recovery-orientated care.
