About the role:

An exciting opportunity awaits the right applicant to join Goulburn Valley Health's Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services team to work alongside our specialist addiction medicine services team to be employed as a Nurse Practitioner Candidate working towards endorsement as an RN Practitioner. 

 

About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled clinician to join the Acute Response Team at either the Seymour or Shepparton campuses. The successful candidate will be a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering mental health support to individuals experiencing acute psychological distress or mental health crisis.
At the Shepparton campus, the role involves close collaboration with the Goulburn Valley Health Emergency Department, providing timely community-based assessments and interventions. Shifts currently operate on a 7-day roster from 8:30am to 5:00pm and 1:00pm to 9:30pm, with potential for future flexibility in scheduling.
At the Seymour campus, the team operates during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
