About the role:
The Clinical Diagnostic Unit is a combined Cardiac, Neurological and Respiratory diagnostic testing department.
The Customer Service Officer role is an integral part of the overall team. The role can include multiple tasks such as, customer service into the department and over the phone, scheduling appointments, billing and receipt development, typing and distributing of results. The successful candidate needs good communication skills, excellent computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of Medicare requirements.

About the role:
The Customer Service Officer reports directly to the Clinical Diagnostic Unit Manager and performs a wide range of administrative tasks to assist in ensuring the functioning of an efficient and effective Unit. Clinical Diagnostic Unit sees patients for diagnostic testing for Cardiac, Neurological and Respiratory conditions.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer-focused service to all patients and clients and performing all clerical and front reception duties associated in line with the accepted policies/procedures and clinical practice guidelines of GV Health.
