The Diabetes Centre at GV Health are looking for an experienced Credentialed Diabetes Educator to work either full or part time within the team.

The Diabetes Centre is a multidisciplinary team which forms an integral part of primary, secondary and tertiary Diabetes Education and health care services. Services are provided across multiple settings including; inpatient, outpatient, dialysis and oncology units.

The successful candidate will have a strong back ground in chronic disease management and patient assessment along with the ability to collaborate with other disciplines to assist with holistic client management where required. The role will include working with both paediatric and adult patients and requires competence in pharmacology of diabetes medications including, problem solving and guidance.
