Director, GV Health Foundation and Fundraising

Lead a new era of philanthropy for Goulburn Valley Health and our community

The GV Health Foundation is the official fundraising charity for Goulburn Valley Health, funding vital equipment, facilities, scholarships, education, and major capital projects that improve healthcare for communities across the Goulburn Valley and Hume region.

We are seeking an experience and strategic leader to drive philanthropic growth and community engagement as Director, GV Health Foundation and Fundraising. Reporting to GV Health’s Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and working closely with the Foundation Board, the Director will lead all aspects of fundraising strategy, donor relations, and Foundation operations.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in fundraising, business, marketing, or leadership in a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, philanthropy, or external engagement, with strong stakeholder management, governance, and financial skills.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and effectively manage staff, contractors, and fundraising systems.
