About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Employment Services Coordinator to support the effective delivery of end to end recruitment within a delegated portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on accuracy of data, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a critical role in ensuring service delivery is timely, accurate and compliant, while supporting managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in the recruitment and advertising of vacancies
- Ability to interpret enterprise agreements relating to recruitment and other instruments including policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems
- Ensure all data entry meets compliance, quality, and audit requirements
- Facilitating onboarding for new starters
- Monitor and action administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Support reporting, file management, and documentation processes
- Identify and correct data discrepancies proactively
About You
You are someone who:
- Has 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources in a medium to large size organisation – Healthcare experience is desirable.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work
- Demonstrates strong data accuracy and administration skills
- Can effectively prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines
- Is highly organised with the ability to problem solve
- Is confident working with multiple systems and databasesCommunicates clearly and professionally with internal teams.
