About the role:

In this role, you will maintain and configure Payroll systems, support integrations, and deliver accurate, insightful payroll reporting that drives performance and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring our payroll systems operate efficiently, support organisational change, and remain aligned with Enterprise Agreements, organisational structures, pay rules and business processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical Payroll systems experience who enjoys problem‑solving, data analysis, and partnering with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

We are looking for:

You bring experience in Payroll Systems, with a strong foundation in system support, data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. With a background working across multiple Payroll platforms, you are confident troubleshooting issues alongside IT teams and supporting payroll delivery teams to maintain accuracy and compliance. Your technical strengths—particularly in Excel and report development—enable you to analyse data, produce meaningful insights and support ongoing system improvements. You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively across Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to drive positive outcomes.
