About the role:

The Safer Together Program (STP) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and sustaining quality improvement initiatives across the twelve health services within the Hume Local Health Service Network (Network). Acting as the central liaison between Safer Care Victoria (SCV), health services, and governance structures, the Coordinator drives collaboration, supports capability building, and ensures the effective implementation of SCV and STP priority improvement activities.

As a key member of the Hume Network STP team, the Coordinator leads Network improvement efforts, ensuring consistent program implementation, timely reporting, and engagement with SCV and other key stakeholders.
