About the role:
The Project Coordinator – Regional Telephony Cloud Migration will play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation tasks related to the cloud-based transformation of telephony infrastructure across member health services. This key role will focus on supporting the Regional Telephony Cloud Migration Project, ensuring seamless coordination of technical activities, vendor collaboration, and stakeholder communication across multiple sites.
Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and external service providers, the Project Coordinator will oversee day-to-day task execution, milestone tracking, and resource coordination to deliver the migration project on time and within scope.
Successful candidate will have:
- Relevant industry certifications in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and/or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
- Strong understanding of technical project coordination, including managing infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams—ideally in healthcare or government settings.
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including working with third-party solution providers and internal IT teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing project schedules, risks, and documentation using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and the ability to support structured project reporting and escalation processes.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to supporting smooth change adoption during technical transitions
