Wanyarra’s redevelopment has introduced new therapeutic spaces, upgraded safety features, and modern digital systems that enhance both consumer experience and clinical practice.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualification or experience in mental health nursing (or undertaking study).
  • Demonstrated experience in acute mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and recovery-oriented care.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage consumers, families, and the MDT respectfully and therapeutically.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team culture, uphold safety standards, and manage competing clinical priorities.

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive team culture with structured supervision and regular professional development.
  • Access to internal training programs, including recovery-focused practice, trauma-informed care, and sensory modulation.
