About the role

The GV Health Security team are an integral part of our health service and our community. This position is for casual hours, opportunities for permanent hours may be available.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors, as well as GV Health assets, facilities and resources. We also offer support and opportunities to undertake additional training. 

The rotating roster is comprised of 8 hour shifts across AM (0630-1500), PM (1430-2300) and night duty (2230-0700).

We are looking for

• Certificate II in Security Operations (Unarmed), or equivalent
• Private Security Individual license in accordance with the PSA Act 2004
• Display good judgement and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work all rostered shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays
