About the role:
This Senior Clinician position is a pivotal leadership and clinical role within our Adult Community Case Management Team. You will provide advanced clinical support and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, lead complex case reviews, and ensure high standards of evidence-based practice in managing consumers with severe and persistent mental illness. The role also includes a small caseload of complex clients, allowing you to maintain strong clinical skills and make meaningful, direct impacts.
As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to service development and continuous improvement projects and act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support collaborative care planning. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician looking to step into a role with strategic influence while continuing to provide high-quality clinical care.

The successful candidate will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Extensive experience in mental health, preferably within community-based or case management settings.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including clinical supervision, mentoring and team support.
- Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and consumer-led care.
- Excellent communication, assessment and care planning skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
