Who are we?
CRC is a rehabilitation service that operates out of GV Health’s main campus at Graham Street. CRC works with adults of all ages that experience a variety of health issues that require rehabilitation. Our services are clinic based, offered in either 1:1 or group-based rehabilitation groups, and at times can be in a patients’ home depending on their rehabilitation goal. Our rehabilitation programs cover a variety of conditions from movement disorders, to cardio-respiratory and cancer.
CRC strives to provide patients with the right care, at the right time and at the right place. All patients will receive care based off their goals, ability, and rehabilitation need.

About the role:
The Grade 3 Physiotherapist role is suited to a suitably experienced and autonomous clinician that can provide expert assessment, intervention, and management of patients requiring rehabilitation. This position involves the deliver of high-quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy to optimise functional outcomes, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for patients with complex or chronic health conditions.
This position plays a pivotal clinical and non-clinical role within the multidisciplinary team, contributing to service development, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. The Grade 3 Physiotherapist provides oversight of clinical practice, supports implementation of best practice standards, and contributes to ongoing evaluation of service performance.
In addition to clinical practice, this senior role includes the supervision, mentoring, coaching and professional development of junior physiotherapists, allied health assistants, and students. The Grade 3 Physiotherapist contributes to CRC being s a supportive learning environment, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence in practice.
What we are looking for?
Working as part of a rehabilitation team requires key personal attributes to ensure both personal success in the role but also the overall outcome for our patients. We are looking for someone who:
- Works autonomously, but critically as part of a team
- Is a good communicator with their team and patient’s
- Has strong insight, reflective practice and problem-solving skills
- Appropriate clinical knowledge and expertise (equivalent to a grade 1 level)
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness to support and work with students
- Understands the principles of rehabilitation and there application
