Relocating to our region:

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our Speech Pathology service at GV Health. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services across acute, subacute, outpatient and specialist settings. You will provide clinical governance, operational leadership and strategic direction, while supporting patient flow and improving outcomes across the care continuum. You will work closely with Allied Health leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care, while also maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload.
About You:
- Experienced Speech Pathologist with strong clinical capability (10 Years +)
- Proven leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong understanding of patient flow, service delivery and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Committed to quality improvement and team development
Requirements:
- Relevant Speech Pathology qualification
- Eligibility for Certified Practicing membership (Speech Pathology Australia)
- Current driver’s licence
