An exciting opportunity exists for a Grade 3 Women’s Health Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy Department at GV Health in a permanent part-time position (0.3 EFT). This is a highly valued role within our service and an opportunity to provide specialist physiotherapy care to women across the lifespan. Working primarily within the outpatient service, you will manage a diverse caseload including pelvic floor dysfunction, continence concerns and postnatal presentations, while working collaboratively with midwives, maternity services, medical staff and the broader multidisciplinary team.

We are motivated to grow the role of Women’s Health Physiotherapists at GV Health and as our Women's Health service continues to evolve, there may be opportunities for additional hours to contribute more substantially across additional clinical areas including the continence clinic and maternity services (inpatient and antenatal).

We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care, advocating for women's health, and contributing to service development. You will bring specialist clinical knowledge or a strong desire to further develop your expertise in pelvic health physiotherapy, supported by an experienced and collaborative Physiotherapy leadership team.

The role would suit:

• An experienced Women's Health or Pelvic Health Physiotherapist seeking a flexible specialist position
• A Grade 2 Physiotherapist with a demonstrated interest in Women's Health looking to further develop their skills and career pathway
• A clinician returning to Women's Health practice and seeking a supportive environment to re-establish their specialist practice
• A Physiotherapist looking for a meaningful part-time role with the opportunity to contribute to future service growth

In this role, you will:

• Deliver specialist assessment and management for women presenting with pelvic health, continence, antenatal and postnatal conditions
• Work closely with maternity services, gynaecology, nursing and allied health teams
• Provide clinical leadership, education and support to physiotherapy staff and students
• Contribute to quality improvement, service development and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Help shape and strengthen Women's Health Physiotherapy services across GV Health
