About GV Health - Tatura
The GV Health Tatura campus includes Parkvilla Aged Care Facility and the Tatura Hospital. Hospital provides 8 Sub Acute beds, specilising in the provision of palliative care servcies. Parkvilla is a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients and has the feel of a ‘home away from home.’
The Lifestyle Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Nursing within the Tatura Campus of GV Health. Role is to manage the lifestye activities of the residents of Parkvilla Aged Care Facility, This role is highly valued and supported at at residential aged care facility. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the development, promotion, offering and implementation of a wide range of specific programs and activities for residents. Ability to work closley with residents, familys and the team to provide the best lifestyle program suited to the group and individual needs.
NOTE - required to drive a small bus and a NDIS National Screening Check.

About the role:
